2016:
The R&D team was established in Silicon Valley, USA.

2019:
After four years of research and development, and in collaboration with orthopedic specialists from multiple countries, the team launched a school backpack specifically designed to support the physical development needs of Asian children. In the same year, the brand obtained trademark registrations in both the United States and China.

2020:
The products passed testing conducted by the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Consumer Products, the Shanghai Institute of Quality Inspection and Technical Research, and the Shanghai Customs Testing Technology Center.

January 2021:
Mistencare was featured as a brand on CCTV.

April 2021:
Mistencare received the German IGR Ergonomics Certification for spinal support, issued by IGR e.V., the German Institute for Health and Ergonomics.

May 2021:
The products passed human health and safety testing in accordance with the EU REACH standard.

September 2022:
An evaluation conducted by the China National Institute of Standardization found that Mistencare backpacks effectively reduced shoulder pressure by up to 43%.

2022:
Mistencare had obtained more than 20 national patents in Mainland China.

April 2023:
Mistencare became a participating organization in the development of human factors and ergonomics standards led by the China National Institute of Standardization.

June 2023:
Mistencare received a 2023 London Design Award.

October 2023:
Mistencare received a MUSE International Creative Award.

To Date:
Mistencare backpacks have been sold in markets including Mainland China, the United States, Russia, Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan, Macao SAR, South Africa, Thailand, and the Philippines.
